God’s Work Our Hands – Smithfield Weekend Backpacks

25 Aug 2017 | 05:00 am

This program provides meals for children that attend Smithfield who may not have sufficient food in their homes over the weekend. Each week a backpack is filled with food items and sent home to the children most in need—about 15 each week. Our collection will help restock the school’s “food pantry” for the 2017-18 school year.
